Last summer I attended the Agriculture in the Classroom Summer Institute
and created this poster to show how my past has been influenced by my
agricultural roots. My Uncle owned and operated a large Greenhouse acreage in Victoria
and I have developed a special interest in greenhousing since my childhood.
Surrey is the greenhouse capital of the world and it is my fond memories of
fresh produce in the past that draws me to continue to appreciate the local farms
and greenhouses in the community where I live.
