Confirm your settings by launching your First Class Client.  Verify that the 'Server:' field contains the following setting:  fc.sd36.bc.ca. If you see numbers, rather than this host name, please access 'Setup' on the login screen and change the 'Server' field information to fc.sd36.bc.ca. Thank you.
